Once in a while meetings in BerlinIn this role, you will work closely with senior stakeholders to understand business strategy and goals, and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure architecture, tech stack, and development strategy deliver measurable impact for both site visitors and internal users.ResponsibilitiesLead and develop a globally distributed web development team, fostering high performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement; mentor team members across levelsDefine and drive the team roadmap with a focus on content structures (taxonomies, ontologies, tagging) and search optimization (including backend and storage).
