• Java engineer with deep experience (10+ years) with high throughput web-based systems (Spring preferred)• Expert knowledge of SRE stack including Prometheus and Grafana• Proven to be able to operate autonomously, steer difficult decisions with technology stakeholders and deliver projects to a high degree of quality and longevity• Comfortable working in Agile delivery teams, contributing to backlog refinement, estimation, sprint delivery, and continuous improvement of trading capabilities• Experience of Kotlin preferred
