You will support Operational Technology projects across more than 60 factories worldwide and contribute to the implementation of solutions in the OT environment to ensure reliable and efficient manufacturing operations. As Product Owner of Manufacturing Execution System (MES), you will drive its development, implementation, and continuous improvement in alignment with business and operational requirements.Your RoleYou manage and prioritize MES demands and enhancements based on business requirements, operational needs, and available resourcesYou own and maintain the MES product roadmap, coordinating enhancements, upgrades, and lifecycle activitiesYou translate business needs into system requirements and advise stakeholders on process and system improvement opportunitiesYou ensure effective documentation, knowledge management, and knowledge transfer across internal and external teamsYou coordinate incident resolution, problem management, testing, and releases in close collaboration with key stakeholdersYou identify opportunities for standardization, reuse, and continuous improvement across sites and processesYou monitor service performance, vendor delivery, and solution quality, driving corrective actions and improvements to ensure stable and efficient MES operationsYour ProfileYou have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Manufacturing Systems, or a related fieldYou bring at least 3 years of relevant experience, ideally within a manufacturing environment and at the intersection of operations and ITYou have experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), ERP solutions, and system integrations within a manufacturing landscapeYou are comfortable managing complex projects and multiple priorities, making sound decisions based on business impact and urgencyYou have a hands-on, analytical approach to problem-solving and strong communication skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively across business, technology, and external partnersYou are fluent in English (C1+) and willing to travel internationally up to 30%, including within Europe and to the USAOur OfferJoin our dedicated team of passionate colleagues who like to get things done!We offer a workplace in a stable, international company with a long-term growth perspective.
