This is a role for an experienced senior professional with a solid finance and transformation background and a passion for shaping the future of organization within a collaborative, mentor-driven culture.What you can expect – enriching experiences that will last a lifetime:Become part of Leadership of Business Consulting Finance team and work within a dynamic team in the areas of Global Business Services and Digital Finance TransformationLead the the execution of transformation programs, define solutions, develop client’s strategies and operating models – from design to implementationDesign finance operating models, finance processes and next generation digital finance capabilitiesContribute to the success of projects with state-of-the-art project management methodsWork in an international team on cross-functional engagements, such as GBS transformations or finance process optimizationPrepare benchmark analyses to optimize group structures and evaluate operating models as well as governance structuresBe part of the change and actively engage in shaping our culture and contribute to internal team developmentsEY.AI - in this role, your capabilities are augmented by artificial intelligence.
