You'll play a pivotal role in demonstrating the value of our solutions, helping to close the sale. Our goal is to navigate an evolution within customers to a more secure, dynamic and agile infrastructure.As a Senior Enterprise Security Architect , you will be responsible for:Owning, shaping, and running proof-of-concepts, beta programs, and pre-sales activities with customers and partner teamsDiving into enterprise architecture discovery and hands-on software configurationStrategizing with and assisting customers as they move to more agile, secure, identity centric security modelsTaking a consultative approach to solutions and solving challenges around next generation security transformationEducating and enabling internal teams and partners regarding our Enterprise solution portfolios to motivate effective sales strategiesInfluencing product roadmaps and ensuring the inclusion of business priorities and requirements of customersDo What You LoveTo be successful in this role you will:Have experience working in large, complex customer facing environments with responsibility for the technical sales cycleBe able to effectively present complex and technical material to varying audiences virtually and in-personHave knowledge of network security, SIEM, SOAR, EDR, XDR, endpoint protection, firewalls, and other cybersecurity conceptsHave expertise with Zero Trust security concepts and technologies such as Network Security, SASE/SSE, ZTNA and MicrosegmentationDisplay good understanding of public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI) and cloud native technologies (Microservices, Kubernetes)Be fluent in Italian and EnglishAbout UsAt Akamai, we make life better for billions of people, trillions of times a day.Whether you're streaming live events, scrolling social media, watching your favorite series, or managing your savings, we're the engine behind the scenes.
