This role offers a unique chance to be at the forefront of digital transformation and product leadership within the financial industry.Warsaw - based opportunity with hybrid work model (3 days remote per week)B2B: 18 900 - 22 470 PLN/monthYour main responsibilities:Define the vision and develop the strategy for the Mobile Banking platform, including planning the product roadmapManage initiatives and product backlog, prioritizing work for Scrum teams to maximize value deliveryCollaborate closely with CPOs, POs, and stakeholders across business, IT, compliance, marketing, sales, and customer serviceDrive innovative mobile solutions aligned with customer needs and the bank’s digitalization objectivesMonitor and optimize key performance indicators such as app availability, NPS, and login volumeEnsure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements (RODO/GDPR, PSD2, AML, ISO) and adhere to UX and WCAG standardsAnalyze user behavior, initiate usability improvements, and boost accessibilityParticipate in analyses, testing, feature acceptance, and support formal/legal processes including complaint handlingManage budget considerations and monitor market and competitor solutions to guide long-term product growthYou’re ideal for this role if you have:5+ years of experience in product ownership, project management, or program managementProven leadership and experience in cross-functional team coordinationExperience managing multiple initiatives simultaneously within a portfolioSolid knowledge of software delivery methodologies, including AgileStrong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable product insightsHands-on experience in creating business analysis and pre-implementation assessmentsFamiliarity with system analysis methodsIt is a strong plus if you have:Knowledge of banking systems or financial productsLanguage Required for the role:Polish — requiredEnglish — communicative
