For ING, we are looking for an experienced Regulatory Reporting Change SME (MiFIR / EMIR) to support regulatory change initiatives and business and technology transformations within Financial Markets.What will you do?Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for MiFIR and EMIR Transaction Reporting.Assess regulatory reporting impacts of new products, business initiatives and technology changes.Translate regulatory and business requirements into clear business and functional requirements.Represent Transaction Reporting in change and implementation projects.Review solution designs and support testing, implementation and production readiness.Coordinate Regulatory Transaction Reporting (RTR) sign-off throughout the project lifecycle.Collaborate with Front Office, Operations, Technology, Compliance, Legal and senior stakeholders.What do you bring?Strong, demonstrable expertise in MiFIR and EMIR Transaction Reporting within banking or financial services.Experience in regulatory change, transformation or implementation programmes.Strong business analysis skills, including requirements definition, impact assessments and solution reviews.Good understanding of Financial Markets products, trade lifecycles and reporting data flows.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and challenge stakeholders.What do we offer?One-year contract, with the possibility of extension.36-hour working week.Salary: €6.728 –€8.510 gross per month, depending on experience.Holiday allowance, 13th month and pension contribution.Interested in this opportunity at ING?
