Who You’ll Work WithThis role reports to the EMEA Local Creation Apparel Design Director and partners closely with Apparel Design across Product, Colour, and Footwear. The Production Artist also collaborates with Product Management and Development teams, while connecting with global Material, Colour, and Graphics partners to ensure alignment across categories and geographies.Who We’re Looking ForWe are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Production Artist who thrives in a fast-moving creative environment. You bring a strong eye for precision and consistency, and you take pride in translating creative ideas into clear, production-ready outputs. You enjoy working across teams, helping to bridge design intent with technical execution, and you’re motivated by improving workflows and elevating team output.You’re naturally curious, collaborative, and adaptable, with a passion for sport, culture, and creativity. You’re comfortable navigating ambiguity and balancing multiple priorities while maintaining high standards of quality.A relevant educational background in graphic design or a related field, or comparable practical experienceExperience in design, creative operations, or product creation within a fast-paced environmentStrong digital design skills, including Adobe Creative Suite and Mac-based workflowsFamiliarity with 2D/3D apparel tools (such as CLO) and emerging AI design tools (e.g. VIZCOM)Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills, with attention to detail What You’ll Work OnYou will bring design concepts to life by creating accurate, production-ready assets that support the product creation process. You will ensure consistency across graphics, schematics, and product details while enabling teams to move efficiently from concept to execution.Translate design intent into precise, production-ready deliverablesCreate and maintain graphics, layouts, and product schematicsPartner with design, development, and product teams to ensure alignmentManage and organize files, workflows, and documentation across projectsIdentify opportunities to improve efficiency and streamline processesSupport cross-functional collaboration across apparel and footwearEnsure accuracy and consistency in a high-volume production environmentThis role will be open until the 21st of July
