Widely adopted by leading energy companies and investors, the platform changes the way that energy market analytics is performed and delivered.We are currently looking for an entrepreneurial driver to take charge of the Central Europe (primarily Germany and Poland) part of our software platform. As the Regional Product Manager, you will be contributing to the EMEA software product strategy and driving its execution. You will understand the needs of our external and internal software customers in Central Europe and closely engage with our technical teams to design and deliver solutions that meet them.Key ResponsibilitiesYou will play a key role in defining the vision and strategy for our software platform in the Central Europe marketsYou will build and maintain the regional roadmap for all Central Europe, software products making key decisions on feature prioritisation, in line with product vision and strategyYou will own and manage a structured backlog of user needs and feature ideasYou will define requirements for UI and modelling features of our Central European software, and you will work with local and central technical teams to design solutions meeting these requirementsYou will play a leading role in a cross-functional team of highly skilled software engineers, product managers, modellers, research analysts, commercial and customer success representatives in continuous product deliveryYou will develop and manage client relationships, develop in-depth understanding of client requirements, and manage user feedbackYou will build and manage the Central Europe, software product team, fostering positive working culture and providing mentorship and development opportunities for the teamSkills, Knowledge and ExpertiseRequired attributes:Minimum 3-6 years of professional experience at a major consultancy, energy company, software company, financial services company, or other knowledge-focused firm or institutionProven track record of successfully managing large complex projects or products that require significant cross-functional coordinationExcellent analytical and communication skillsGood understanding of energy marketsResults-driven, with a high degree of persistence in reaching goals and a hands-on approach to ensuring targets are achievedProfessional proficiency in English, as well as in either of German or PolishDesirable attributes:Good understanding of power market modelsTrack record of building and leading successful teamsKnowledge of the Polish language is a plusBenefitsSome of the benefits we include are:Employee Assistance Programme (EAP)Spendit CardBVG Job TicketBike LeasingParental SupportAt AER, we are committed to offering flexibility in the way we work.
