You will be responsible for designing, building and managing data solutions that collect, process and make large volumes of (streaming) network data available to internal stakeholders.You will work independently on complex issues relating to data pipelines and the big data platform, managing both the infrastructure and the data flow.In addition, you will contribute ideas for improvements and advise stakeholders on technical solutions.You will report to the Network Automation Manager.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITYDesigning, building and maintaining (streaming) data pipelines and data transformations;Managing and optimising the big data platform (including infrastructure, VMs, containers and tooling);Further developing the platform (upgrades, migrations, capacity expansion);Setting up monitoring of data, pipelines and the platform to proactively identify issues;Translating business requirements into technical solutions and advising stakeholders;Documenting solutions and ensuring quality, security and compliance.RequirementsErvaring met streaming data en data transformaties;Kennis van data pipelines design, ontwikkeling en monitoring;Ervaring met big data platformen en operationeel beheer;Kennis van infrastructuur (hardware, VM’s, OS, containers);Ervaring binnen telecom/netwerk domein is een pre;Kennis van data security en relevante regelgeving (o.a. GDPR);HBO/WO werk- en denkniveau en circa 5+ jaar relevante ervaring;Sterke analytische vaardigheden en het vermogen zelfstandig te werken;Goede communicatieve vaardigheden om stakeholders te adviseren en mee te nemen.
