In every case, you will combine market development, customer engagement, opportunity shaping and cross-functional leadership.Develop a fact-based view of customers, projects, competitors, technologies and routes to market.Identify, qualify and develop strategic opportunities across Europe and selected international markets.Support regional sales teams with account strategy, opportunity prioritisation, customer engagement and value propositions.Lead or support complex bids and sales cycles, including solution positioning, pricing, negotiation and contract award.Build relationships with end users, OEMs, operators, integrators, consultants, partners and technical influencers.Translate customer expectations and competitive intelligence into product, engineering and R&D priorities.Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and maintain alignment between commercial ambition, technical capability, delivery and risk.Contribute to go-to-market strategy, partnerships, forecasts, product positioning and long-term growth plans.and much moreRail focusRail responsibilities centre on rolling-stock manufacturers, integrators and operators, with particular emphasis on complex bids, onboard energy storage, alternative traction and the deployment of a new lithium-ion platform.Data Center focusData Center responsibilities centre on building European sales with operators, hyperscalers, colocation providers, UPS manufacturers, consultants and integrators, with strong emphasis on new business, specification and sales delivery.Your profileEngineering degree or equivalent technical qualification, ideally with electrical or energy-system knowledge.Significant experience in business development, technical sales, bid management, product management, engineering or complex projects.Background in batteries, rail, electrification, data centers, UPS, critical power, energy storage or another technology-led B2B environment.Ability to combine strategic market analysis with hands-on customer and opportunity development.Credibility with engineering teams and senior commercial decision-makers.Strong negotiation, communication and cross-functional leadership skills.Fluent English; another European language is an advantage.
