System Validation & Master Data Specialist (GxP / MDM)We are seeking an experienced professional to support system validation, master data governance, and compliance activities within a regulated Life Sciences environment. The role focuses on ensuring system quality, data integrity, regulatory compliance, and the successful delivery of validation activities across complex and interconnected business systems.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the full system validation lifecycle, including documentation review, testing activities, and quality assurance processes.Review and challenge business and functional requirements to ensure alignment with expected system behaviour, compliance standards, and business objectives.Assess validation deliverables such as User Requirement Specifications (URS), test scripts, validation protocols, and supporting documentation for completeness, consistency, and traceability.Analyse complex system landscapes, including data flows, mappings, integrations, and dependencies across multiple platforms and domains.Identify gaps, inconsistencies, risks, and potential compliance issues across requirements, system configurations, data structures, and documentation.Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and validation leads to support delivery objectives.Produce clear findings, recommendations, and actionable insights to support decision-making and quality outcomes.Required Qualifications & ExperienceProven experience working within the system validation lifecycle, including testing, documentation review, and quality assurance activities.Strong understanding of Master Data Management (MDM), Data Governance, and data quality/integrity principles.Experience reviewing and validating business and functional requirements.Solid knowledge of validation documentation and deliverables, including URS, test scripts, validation plans, and traceability requirements.Ability to analyse complex system interactions, integrations, and data flows.Experience identifying and assessing risks, gaps, inconsistencies, and compliance concerns.Good understanding of GxP-regulated environments and regulatory expectations related to validation, compliance, and audit readiness.Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving capabilities, and attention to detail.Experience working effectively with both business and technical stakeholders in cross-functional environments.Ability to work independently while aligning with project priorities and direction.Preferred ExperienceExperience with one or more of the following technologies and platforms:ReltioSIMS / GSRSDenodoIDMP Ontology / Knowledge GraphAdditional advantages include:Experience with validation and quality documentation platforms such as Veeva QualityDocs or equivalent systems.Exposure to data mapping, data lineage, interoperability, data flow analysis, or system integration initiatives.Experience supporting system implementations, digital transformation programs, or large-scale change initiatives in regulated environments.Key CompetenciesStrong analytical mindset with the confidence to challenge assumptions constructively.Methodical, structured, and detail-oriented approach to work.Ability to translate complex technical and business topics into clear, concise insights and recommendations.Excellent collaboration and communication skills.Proactive, reliable, and capable of building trust through consistently high-quality delivery.Sourced from LinkedIn.
