The role does not entail people management.About the teams: The DevOps Security team drives the security by design approach, ensuring security is embed early in development, rather than addressed later as a reactive measure. The team mission is to embed security in DevOps way of working.The Issue Management team aims to safeguard that the bank is on control of the detection, analysis and response to non-compliancy’s compared to the IT standards. The team mission is to ensure that every issue is timely remediated, minimizing the impact of issues in the bank risk appetite.With the following results (SMART)- Define a 3-year DevOps Security & Issue Management vision and roadmap aligned with the ABN AMRO strategy and CISO priorities;- Increase bank wide DevOps Security maturity by 15%;- Strategic sparring partner alongside the manager able to provide quarterly strategic insights and proposals that influence managerial decisions;- Raise the technical discussion level within the teams being recognized as a senior technical authority;- Teams backlog management;Requirements10 years of experience in Cyber Security/ IT/ Risk Management/ Banking;Deep understanding of DevOps Security, application and platform security;Strong ability to connect risk, architecture and developer behavior;Proven track on building and communicating long-term vision;Translating cyber security risks to non-experts;Ability to influence without formal authority;Strong stakeholder management skills - you move easily in a complex stakeholder field, you can communicate clearly to different stakeholder groups;Application development experience;Professional proficiency in English is preferred
