About the CompanyAt Yoursafe, we believe that everyone deserves access to safe and easy financial services - wherever they are. Our mission is to build financial tools that empower people, especially those who are new to a country or outside the traditional banking system. We combine solid financial expertise with smart technology to make everyday money management simple, secure, and fair.About the RoleAs Yoursafe scales its Open Issuing platform globally, we are building a highly advanced, automated infrastructure to execute our growth strategies. A core pillar of this infrastructure is our "OpenClaw" agent farm: a high-density, on-premise fleet of 200+ bare-metal Apple Mac minis powered by Apple Silicon (M4/M4 Pro). We are seeking a specialized Apple Fleet & Automation Engineer to take full ownership of this environment. You will be responsible for the zero-touch deployment, MDM management, and continuous automation of this massive macOS swarm. Your mission is to ensure these 200 physical machines run our highly scalable workforce of AI Agents efficiently and without hick-ups. This is a senior, hands-on role. You are expected to design deployment systems, run experiments, and scale what works. You will be a part of our newly created AI Infrastructure team, which is responsible for running our AI infrastructure, including our own LLM cluster and massive audit trail storage systems.ResponsibilitiesZero-Touch Deployment & MDM StrategyOwn the physical lifecycle and onboarding of 200+ Mac minis into our Dutch datacenter environment.Design and implement a flawless zero-touch deployment strategy using Apple Business Manager and a modern MDM solution (e.g., Kandji, Jamf, or Mosyle).Manage automated OS updates, security patching, and configuration profiles across the entire fleet without disrupting active AI agent workloads.macOS Automation & Self-Healing PipelinesDevelop robust macOS automation scripts (Bash, Zsh, AppleScript) to manage auto-login, software deployment, and system state resets for the OpenClaw agents.Engineer self-healing mechanisms: detect UI-rendering freezes, agent crashes, or memory leaks, and automate the reboot or recovery processes of individual nodes.Be part of the AI Infrastructure team to ensure the Apple fleet has zero-latency connectivity to our local ZFS storage and Nvidia heavy-compute servers.Monitoring & Fleet OperationsImplement robust monitoring, logging, and alerting systems via Prometheus/Grafana to track the health, temperature, and performance metrics of the Mac mini swarm, detecting hardware or OS-level failures instantly.Maintain a centralized dashboard (using Grafana or native MDM APIs) to provide real-time visibility into the operational state of the entire infrastructure.Act as the technical escalation point for any macOS-specific hardware or operating system bottlenecks.QualificationsA senior systems engineer or Apple IT specialist with proven experience managing large-scale macOS fleets (100+ devices) via modern MDM platforms.Deeply experienced with Apple Business Manager, DEP (Device Enrollment Program), and macOS command-line automation.Highly structured, data-driven, and execution-focused.Comfortable working in a hybrid datacenter environment alongside heavy Linux/ZFS/networking infrastructure.Motivated by building systems that scale, not campaigns that win awards.Required SkillsExperience with Apple Business Manager and modern MDM solutions.Proficiency in macOS command-line automation.Strong problem-solving skills in a technical environment.Preferred SkillsExperience with Prometheus/Grafana for monitoring.Familiarity with ZFS and Nvidia heavy-compute servers.Pay range and compensation packageCompetitive salary and employment conditions.Equal Opportunity StatementWe are committed to diversity and inclusivity in our hiring practices.
