We are dedicated to helping organizations optimize their people, systems, and performance, creating environments where individuals and teams can operate at their highest potential.Please read carefully before applying: This is a remote internship role for a highly driven Automation Engineer.We are looking for someone who is curious, technical, and genuinely enjoys automating repetitive processes across departments.Your role will include:Identifying repetitive manual processes across departments and automating them.Building automations and integrations between internal tools.Working with Backend and AI engineers on workflow and pipeline automation.Testing and documenting automated workflows.Monitoring automation performance and fixing breakages.Supporting the Operations & Systems Coordinator with process automation.This is not a paid internship, but it will count towards your degree, and you will leave with real hands-on automation experience.Qualifications:Super open-minded and ready to actively support our team.Truly loves and thrives in collaborative teamwork environments.Experience with automation tools such as Zapier, Make, n8n, or scripting (Python/JS).Understanding of APIs and how systems integrate with one another.Strong problem-solving and process-thinking skills.Comfortable gathering automation requirements from non-technical teams.Ability to document and maintain automations you build.Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.Who is this for?If you enjoy quietly eliminating manual work through smart automation, this role is for you.
