Frequentis also delivers advanced voice communication systems, command‑and‑control solutions, and deployable air traffic control technologies tailored to defence environments.Your RoleWe are looking for a Voice Over IP Communications Service Engineer with knowledge from the Linux platform, who will act as a key contact for customers ensuring high system availability and service quality throughout the system lifecycle. Work for an international technological leader and enjoy flexible working arrangements, professional growth opportunities, and a strong focus on work-life balance.Main Responsibilities​Act as first point of contact for customer technical issues during service lifecycle, ensuring compliance with system requirements and quality standards Handle incidents, problems, and service requests within agreed SLAs Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions Support system changes, upgrades, and maintenance activities Monitor system performance and ensure availability Maintain accurate documentation of incidents and solutions Collaborate with delivery and product teams for issue resolutionTechnical Skills & CompetenciesStrong experience with Linux (RHEL), including troubleshooting and performance tuning Experience with virtualization (VMware, KVM) Understanding of networking, VoIP (SIP), SBC & PABX systems Familiarity with automation (Ansible) and scripting (Bash) Experience in system integration and customer-facing roles Ability to work independently and lead technical topics Strong troubleshooting skills in complex environments Experience with monitoring tools (Zabbix) and service management (ITIL is a plus) Skills considered as an advantageExperience with Windows Server installation and maintenanceExperience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.)Experience with database system (MySQL, MSSQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle DBMS) Employee perks, benefitsTraining and development program (business and product trainings, language course)Employee referral program (financial reward for recommending a successful candidate)Employee assistance program (legal, financial and psychological counselling)Meal contribution fully paid by the companyMultisport card/Pension scheme contribution (DDS)Flexible working hours, home officeRefreshments, company & team events
