We are leaders on digital technology services, and we provide large-scale technologic solutions to big companies.What we look for?We are looking for a Software / DevOps Engineer to play a key role in helping our software development teams migrate to the cloud and adopt DevOps best practices across the project of the client from the banking sector.High English Level Is Required.Availability to go to the client's offices in the centre of Madrid 3 days a week.Main Tasks And Accountabilities Will BeSupport multiple Agile Release Trains (ARTs) and product teams in onboarding to our internal DevOps platform and curated Azure servicesDrive the re-platforming/migration of applications to cloud infrastructure while ensuring adherence to enterprise standards, compliance controls, and secure-by-design principlesDrive the migration of CI/CD pipelines from Bitbucket/Jenkins to GitLab, ensuring alignment with platform standards and compliance requirementsCollaborate closely with development teams, educating and enabling them on DevOps practices, CI/CD automation, and cloud-native developmentContribute to improving the developer experience by creating templates, documentation, and training materials that simplify platform adoptionWhat UST expects from you?Software engineer with profound hands-on experience (5+ years) in application development (Java, .NET, Python, or similar)Practical experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and migrating between toolchains (Bitbucket/Jenkins → GitLab)Strong understanding of DevOps principles, Git workflows, and modern delivery practicesHands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services and Infrastructure-as-CodeExperience with deployment of containerized workloads and orchestration (Nexus, Helm, Docker, Kubernetes)Experience working in air-gapped or restricted enterprise environments, where all external dependencies must be consumed from internal registriesCloud certifications (e.g., Azure DevOps Engineer Expert) are a strong advantageFluency in English Experience working in agile environments (SAFe or similar) and collaborating across multiple teams¿What can we offer? 23 days of Annual Leave plus the 24th and 31st of December as discretionary days!
