Role:Build scalable backend systems and data pipelines for fintech AI applications.Develop batch/streaming pipelines, microservices and APIs.Integrate and productionise GenAI/LLM solutions, including model APIs and embeddings.Ensure strong performance, reliability, security and observability.Work with Data Science, Product and Engineering teams to take solutions into production.Own CI/CD, testing and cloud deployments and contribute to engineering best practices.Requirements:5+ years of backend/software engineering experience.Strong Java, Python skills.Experience with data pipelines, SQL and data modelling.Hands-on GenAI/LLM experience.Cloud, Docker/Kubernetes, CI/CD and Infrastructure-as-Code experience.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
